Inclusivity Committee

Inclusivity Committee

PAGES is committed to ensuring a non-discriminatory experience at all meetings and activities. We take a strong stance against harassment, discrimination, and bullying.

We want every participant to feel welcome, included, and safe in all conference settings. Our aim is to foster an inclusive and respectful environment that encourages participation from people of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, religions, and sexual orientations—free from discrimination or harassment.

Expectations of attendees
•    All participants are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, organizers, and all others with respect.
•    Meetings are intended to be environments that recognize the inherent worth of every individual and group, fostering dignity, understanding, mutual respect, and embracing diversity.
•    All interactions should be respectful and constructive, including during sessions and discussions.
•    Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, cyberbullying, intimidation, inappropriate or unwelcome sexual attention, and disruption of events or participation.
•    This code of conduct applies to all interactions related to the meetings, including social media and other online platforms.
•    Please be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants, and alert organizers if you notice a concerning situation or someone in distress.

If you experience any issues or need support, please contact a member of the Inclusivity Committee.
